Report claim.
Do you need to make a claim?

Regardless of whether your device has been damaged, stolen or lost some other way, the easiest way to make your claim is here. You should make your claim as soon as possible, but no later than twelve months from the time you found out about the loss.

What to do.

Check that the device you want to make a claim for is covered by 3Insurance. You can do this at Mitt3 or you can check your latest subscription bill.
  • Read the terms and conditions – does the insurance cover the claim?
  • If your device has been stolen or lost don’t forget to:
    • Block the device’s IMEI no.* and your subscription at 3’s customer service**
    • Report it to the police first giving the IMEI number and a detailed account of what happened. Remember to save the police report as a PDF so you can attach it to your claim.
  • Make your claim using the form on the right.

* The IMEI number is the device’s unique identification code. You can find it by pressing *#06# on your phone. You can also find the identification code in the original box and in some cases on the back of the phone or tablet.

**To block the IMEI number and the subscription call 3’s customer service. Private customers: 0771-735 300 | Business customers: 0771-735 311.

Damaged product.

Make sure that you have a valid insurance for the product you want to file a claim for. You can do that on Mitt3 or your latest invoice. Note that if you are to report a loss or theft you first need to make a police report.

What type of claim do you wish to register?
IMEI number (15 digits with no punctuation)

Apple products: To be able to handel your claim we need you to switch off the ”Find my iPhone” in your iPhone. This is how you switch off the function ”Find my iPhone” in your iPhone.

If you are unable to reach your Apple-ID it is possible to contact Apple customer support through this number 020-120 99 71. Personal service are avalible monday-friday 09.00 - 19.00.

This is how you do it from your iPhone.

1. Go to ”Settings”.
2. Click on your name.
3. Scroll down to the list of devices associated with your account, select the device to be disconnected.
4. Tap "Remove from account".

If your iPhone or screen isn't working, it is possible to do this from a computer by following these steps:

1. Go to www.icloud.com
2. Log in with your Apple-ID (Use the same credentials as in App Store)
3. Select "Find my iPhone"
4. After that you will se a map. At the top of this page there is a tab called ”All units”. Select this tab.
5. Select the unit which should be removed.
6. Click on ”remove from my account”.

Describe what happened.

A prerequisite for reimbursement is that the time when the damage occurred may be specified, the damage event described and the location of the damage determined.
